When will my item be delivered?
We aim to deliver all items within five working days of your order being placed.
To keep our drivers and our customers safe, there will be no contact when our orders are delivered. We will not be able to enter your house and the delivery will be to your drive, doorstep or garden, if there is safe access without entering your home. We will not be taking signatures to confirm delivery.
We charge £6.95 delivery for order values up to £100 and FREE delivery on orders over £100 to the following post code areas:
LA1, LA2, LA3, LA4, LA5, LA6, LA7
For deliveries outside these areas, please ring for a delivery quote to 01524 230700 or email email@example.com.
We charge £2.99 to deliver Gift Vouchers anywhere within the United Kingdom. This includes the cost of postage and an admin charge to enter a personal message if required.
If something is missing from your delivery or the wrong product is received
If anything is missing from your delivery or an item is damaged or a product is wrong, please call us immediately on 01524 230700 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange to fix any errors as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If your order has still not arrived by this time then please call us on 01524 230700 or email us at email@example.com
Refunds and cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a seven day cooling off period upon receipt of your goods. During this seven day period, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. In this instance you must contact us within seven days by phone on 01524 230700 and confirm your decision in writing either by letter or email.
We will arrange for the items to be returned and refund you within 30 days. There will be a charge of £6.95 to arrange this.
If the items are faulty, damaged or not in good working order upon delivery we will cover the cost of return and, if required, replacement.
If, after ordering items from our website, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time up until the time of delivery. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible on 01524 230700. Once we have acknowledged your cancellation you will receive a full refund using the same payment method you originally used.
We reserve the right to cancel and not accept any orders if any of the following circumstances apply: We do not deliver to your area, we do not have sufficient stock, any of the ordered products you order have been incorrectly priced or described on our website or your payment is not authorised.
